STEP 1 : Choose an art from home page and click on “select options” button to visit product page

STEP 2 : In the product page choose in which format u need the art to be delivered , desired size and number of faces and yes dont forget to upload picture and click add to cart button

STEP 3 : Once your product is added to cart got to cart and click proceed to “checkout button”(if u want 2 or more products add products to cart and check out

STEP 4 : In the check out page provide the necessary details by filling out the given form

Literally nothing! once you have placed your order in our website you will get immediate confirmation via mail .now just sit back and relax, our team will contact you in whatsapp with your softcopy

softcopy means only the art (jpg file) will be sent in whatsapp document

yes , u can ask for different backgrounds,colour changes and some minor customisation after the review, but if you want to change the entire picture and replace the picture or face with new one we will charge extra for creating an another softcopy

It’s a big no! as it is a completely personalized only for you which takes hours of hard work from our experienced artists so only after full payment we will process your order To avoid final cancellations we prefer before payments

Oil painting and other arts delivery date:

In 7-10 working days we will send softcopy for preview, in 10-15 days you’ll get delivery.

Imaginary art:

In 30-45 working days we will send softcopy for preview, in 10-15 days you’ll get delivery.

The above given time period excludes sunday and non working days

(The given time period is approximate time period , actual time period may vary,you may get your soft copy/frame earlier or it might get delayed ,you can reach to our team in whatsapp anytime for updates )

All our arts are digitally made  by our experienced artist with a drawing tablet and a  stylus pen .

YES! you are right

YES! these customisations can only be done  in imaginary art , graphic art and caricature

other arts like oil painting ,vector art etc cannot be customised

For softcopy orders no cancellation/no refund. For frame orders  if customer wants to cancel after the order or after receiving softcopy We charge 40% from the total payment or the soft copy charges + 200( which ever is higher) as cancellation charges.

Absolutely zero maintainance…We use high quality matte laminated vinyl print..it can easily survive spills,splash and dust accumulation  , it can be cleaned with a clean cloth , however we recommend you not to submerge in water for long durations

We ensure that the packing is firm and could survive during hard times. If you find any damage to your masterpiece during shipment, we request you to take a photo and send it to us to avail our replacement policy. To claim such a policy, you must register a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

When you give wrong information, the parcel gets back to us. For the further process, we charge the extra payment to bring it to your doorsteps.

if the frame is returned to us, our executive will contact u and say the possibilities and if there is no response for more than 10 days, frame will reused and the order will be closed
